Saturday will be a full day and it will start early and end late, so come rested and ready to dive deep.

WELCOME KIT INFORMATION:

Greetings Lovers and Fighters,

From the Forest of Middle, our great protector the General Thomas of Hunter bids you welcome and Elyon’s speed to the 3rd Annual Gathering.

From far and wide, through treacherous forest and scorched desert we will gather in defiance of the Horde to celebrate our great hope, to drink deep of Elyon’s intoxicating love for us, His Bride, and to shout ours to him until the night can hold our songs no more.

Enclosed in this parchment is all you must know for your travels to Middle. Read it with a heart full of yearning for our Gathering is near. Prepare your hearts and your minds for this, our time, our Gathering.

Until we shall meet together, always remember: we are the Circle and we are one. We shall always dive deep. Never break the Circle.

Penned in my own hand, Elron,
Scribe for the Great General, Thomas of Hunter

Frequently Asked Questions

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

Will shuttles be provided for transportation between the airport or local hotels?

No. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.

Where should I park once I arrive at The Factory?

You may park anywhere on the Factory grounds, however we recommend that you enter the 2nd entrance off New Liberty Pike (see map on Page 4) and park on the south side of the building. Parking is FREE everywhere on the grounds.

CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION

Which entrance should I use for The Gathering?

You will enter through the Liberty Hall entrance on the south side of the building. We will have signage pointing the way as well as a large green balloon floating over the entrance as a marker.

When does check-in begin? How will it work?

Check-in will begin when the doors open at 7:45 a.m.  Because the event is general admission there is no registration process like last year. Instead, we will take your tickets directly as your enter the auditorium. Once your ticket has been checked you will be given a gift bag and allowed into the auditorium.

What will I need to check-in?

You will need your official 2009 Gathering ticket, which you received from iTickets. If you have a “will call” ticket, you may pick it up on the day of the Gathering at the main entrance. Please note, photocopies of tickets will NOT be accepted. You must have an actual ticket with a perforated stub and confirmation number.

Will I receive a gift bag like last year?

Yes, gift bags will be given to you upon entering the auditorium.

Is the auditorium seating assigned or general?

All seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you be considerate of others and not “save” seats for others who may be coming later.

LUNCH & FOOD

Is lunch provided with my price of admission?

No. Attendees will be responsible for providing their own lunch during the 90-minute break. The Factory has a number of dining options and nearby Cool Springs and Franklin also have a wide selection of restaurants within a 10 minute drive of the venue. For details, we suggest using the following websites:

MERCHANDISE

Will I be able to buy Dekker merchandise at The Gathering?

Yes, there will be an on-site store that will be selling a wide array of Dekker merchandise, including the Circle pendant, posters, t-shirts, and books.

BOOK SIGNING

Will there be a book-signing event this year?

Yes. There will be an ON-SITE book signing this year following the main event, which is scheduled to end at approximately 5:30 p.m. The book-signing will last until the final book is signed.

How many books will Ted sign?

Due to the large number of people attending the book-signing, everyone will be limited to two (2) items, whether that is a book, t-shirt, or other item.

Will I be allowed to take photos with Ted at the book-signing?

Yes, however, due to time constraints and the large number of people that will be at this signing, Ted will not be able to pose for pictures. For your convenience, we will have a photographer on-site that will take a picture of you and Ted, which will be available for free download off the web following the Gathering.
